FOCC Honorary Mayor Candidate 2025 ~ Noah Wright
Noah Wright
Hi. My name is Noah Wright, and while I would like to say I am throwing my hat in the race for Honorary Mayor, I can’t, as wearing a fedora is my trademark, and it rarely leaves my head.
I decided several years ago that when I turned 21, I wanted to run for Honorary Mayor of Fair Oaks. While I am striving to set a record for the youngest “mayor”, I am more focused on what I can raise for the Chamber and the community. Of course, I am also trying to beat my dad’s, Keith Wright, record made in 2018.
As a fourth generation “Fair Oakian”, I have been involved with the Chamber since I was around 13 years old. I have volunteered at several community events, including, but not limited to the Taste of Fair Oaks, Best of Fair Oaks, Chicken Festival, etc.; have spent countless hours volunteering at the food bank; served on the Chamber’s youth board; and have been very involved with the Rotary Club of Fair Oak’s youth group “Rotaract”.
I feel that the Chamber and the community are instrumental in helping me find the path to my future. I am currently a full-time student studying enology and viticulture with dreams of being a winemaker and more. Last summer, with the help of family, a Chamber scholarship, and community support, I spent a month studying abroad in France. And I have been fortunate to be employed at some top-rate wineries in the area, learning more about a craft I am passionate about.
During my campaign, I will be raising funds not only for the Fair Oaks Chamber of Commerce, but also for the Orangevale-Fair Oaks Community Foundation, which is an umbrella organization that oversees several programs that assist those in the community that need a little extra help. Programs include the Orangevale-Fair Oaks Food Bank, the Food Farm, Homeless Assistance Resource Team (HART); and Treat our Teachers, to name a few.
I am very passionate about giving back to a community that has helped me grow into the person I am today, and going forward, I want to continue to make my elders proud, and be an inspiration to my peers and the youth of tomorrow.
I hope to see many of you at several of the fun events we have planned this summer. And remember, every dollar donated to my campaign is a vote for Noah Wright!

ABOUT
Fair Oaks Chamber of Commerce Honorary Mayor Race
Established in 1979 by the Fair Oaks Chamber of Commerce, this initiative was born out of the unique status of Fair Oaks as part of the Unincorporated area of Sacramento County, where a Mayor is not in place. The chamber envisioned this campaign as the next best solution, aiming to promote Fair Oaks businesses while generating funds for both the chamber and the community. The Fair Oaks Chamber of Commerce Honorary Mayor Campaign is a non-political event, where the winner is determined by the candidate who raises the most money over a four-month period. Each dollar raised counts as one vote.
The proceeds collected from each candidate will be split 50/50 between the Fair Oaks Chamber of Commerce and a charity of the candidate’s choosing, subject to approval by the FOCC Board of Directors. The winner will be unveiled in October 2025. Throughout its 46-year history, this event has garnered a total of $562,306.95, with half of that amount reinvested back into the Fair Oaks community.
