Sophie Bolinger
2019
With a bright and positive attitude Sophie has always loved to be a part of a community where she is able to help.
At 3 years old Sophie fell in love with performing as a ballerina and continued dancing until she was 14. Sophie also found a love and passion with baking. Her dad taught and baked with her as early as 2 years old and at 11 years old Sophie started her own business called “Sophie B Sweets”. As a business owner, she wanted to connect with other like minded teens and became the president of the Young Entrepreneurs Society at Bella Vista High School. Since her Freshman year in High School, being a cheerleader has been a huge part of Sophie’s life. When people see Sophie cheer, it’s evident that showing school spirit and supporting her school is where Sophie’s heart is. Sophie is also model for Memory Lane Photography’s High School Rep Team, and is a great contributor with her style and creative ideas.
Upon graduation from high school, Sophie plans to continue on at a University to obtain a degree in education.
She “wants to teach High School so she can inspire others to go after their dreams.”
Her Mission: As Miss Fair Oaks, I will serve the Fair Oaks Chamber of Commerce as a representative of our community’s youth by wholeheartedly participating in events and stepping forward as a role model for our youth. I will live everyday to better Fair Oaks and the lives of those who live here through dedicated service and the engagement of all members of our community.

about The miss.Fair Oaks AMbassador Program
Those who have been Miss Fair Oaks since 2015 are simply Youth Ambassadors for the Fair Oaks Chamber of Commerce and for the Fair Oaks Community, these young ladies represent the chamber and our community. This is a mentored program that is sponsored and ran by a group of local Women Business leaders in our area. Being Miss Fair Oaks you learn communication skills, work skills and life skills, they get to earn community service hours and help with local projects. The young ladies that hold this title are not part of the pageant world, this is not a beauty contest either.
Miss Fair Oaks -is involved in Chamber events and Mixers, she gets recognition at all the events. She also gets to help at our concerts in the park and support our Honorary Mayor candidates, she gets to work with other youth at these events and help come up with ideas to help us get more youth involved. This program if followed out by the young lady that holds this title will receive a scholarship at the end of her 1 year term.
The youth are our Future of Fair Oaks and we are always looking for young ladies who would like to be a part of this program.
